Shipping & returns


If you buy products from our store the following information can be used as a general guideline.  Shipping times and delivery rates are subject to each transaction.  Please consult your shopping cart details upon checkout:

Shipping Guidelines

Standard 3 day priority mail will be used when available.  

Next day air available for additional fees and will be quoted by customer care agent over the phone.

UPS and Federal Express can be used as an option for an additional fee. 


Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would like to help.



You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will notify you with in 4 - 6 business days on the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within 3 -5 business days.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
