Class & Trip Policies

Class Policy:

All classes require a full payment prior to enrollment.  A full refund will be processed outside of 5 calendar days of class start date.  Any cancelations equal to or inside of 5 calendar days will forfeit a 25% collection fee.  If documentation or material are provided by DivingGlobal they are non-refundable.  Cancelation notification from the student can be sent to [email protected]

Trip Payment Policy:
When signing up for an international trip, DivingGlobal will hold your spot on the trip after an initial deposit. For some international destinations, DivingGlobal will set up a monthly payment plan. International trips must be paid in full 90 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. DivingGlobal will, however, collect a $200 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. All refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account.
If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.
